Plug your phone to your PC and browse to the files section and copy them off

I don't remember the exact path but you should be able to find it easily.

Hi, Unkown
the path should be this:
/Storage/emulated/0/Android/data/
here you find your roms:
com.cloanto.amigaforever essentials / files / rom / amiga-os rom.xxx <----

Normally you should find the .apk file in your installed applications, above how to remove them manually

@Unkown

Use "astro manager NO ADS" should help you and simple.
I don't remember now, but you shouldn't need "root" on the device.
Mine is a simple tip, I hope it will help you, not knowing your device.

"you can find it on google play you don't need to connect the device to the pc"

It's there for sure. Run Amiga Forever Essentials, then tap "Show Installed Amiga ROM and OS Files" to find out exact location.
