It first launches the app and then starts to blink, so the flashing happens while the app is loading. I doubt that DOpus will load much faster if the flashing doesn't happen. But anyway you can try it out, it's already optional, just RTFM. |

Just found this!
OK, this is great. Put in my 1.3 environment and went to town. It's very easy to use and understand!
Thanks for this program! Can I send you a fee for using it? PM with info - I'm happy to spend $ on quality software! |

@thomas
Hi Thomas I would like to ask you if on Funny Style there is an option to manage the distance between icons, and if it is possible to eliminate the empty space on the right side of the toolbar, and increase a little bit on the left side, see screenshot ! Thomas I forgot, with this latest version of WBDock2 works very well also on AROS 68k, very good transparency too.
Is there going to be an AROS x86 version? AROS users would be very happy if there was [ Show youtube player ] |

You cannot set the size explicitely.
It is - fixed in ToolManager style - derived from the icon sizes in AmiDock style - derived from the template brush in MagicWB style - I don't remember how it's in funny style. The width of course also changes with the number of icons contained in the dock. |

I just dumped ToolManager in favor of WBDock but can't really figure out how to set up multiple docks as i want it.
I have multiple config files in WBStartup, each per dock. All docks are MWB docks. What I would like to achieve is to have multiple vertical docks where first dock would appear at the top right edge of the screen then the next one would be just left of the previous one etc. I've set pos=RT but the distance arg appears to have no effect. Even if it did I'm not clear to which coordinate would if have an effect on. What if I wanted one dock at the top right corner, then the next one just below it, still on the very right border and then the third one just left of the first dock etc? Is this even possible? OS is 3.2, pretty vanilla install still. Just to illustrate what I'd want to achieve here's the pic: https://ibb.co/5TQY1tb Last edited by isun; 09 September 2021 at 22:53. |

The guide is 4 pages in total and I did read it. Setting up multiple docks is not an issue, but positioning them is a no go. They always stick to one of the borders. |

Played withe the new version a bit today and to answer my own question... It would appear DISTANCE arg applies only to funny style docks and is interpreted as a distance from the bottom border. Shame there's no way to specify absolute dock position(s) for other dock styles |

What you list under features is actually a list of requirements to get a true skin for the platter.

Hi thomas, sorry I wanted to report you that I have found two small problems on AROS 68k:
- If I use the MagicWB Style, sometimes in system startup the icons are not clickable in practice they are fixed as if they were images. - Another problem I found (it could be due to my AROS One 68k), is that if I click on the lower Tab "C" from Dopus4 to start "ConfigOpus" it doesn't open. To make "ConfigOpus" work, I solve if I do a "refresh backgound" from WBDock, or if I activate/deactivate Wanderer/BackDrop from the Workbench menu. If my English is not understandable I could make an exhausted video. All this doesn't happen on OS3. |

The problem I had with Dopus4 with AROS One 68k solved itself when I replaced the icon.library of PeterK with the native AROS 68k restored after the fix mentioned HERE, It remains problem with MagicWB Style
