Does anyone Know if there is an English version of Kaiser, it looks like a really
good game and I failed my German GCSE.

According to HOL, Kaiser is in English and German. Have you tried Planet Emulation? Go here

But there you can see the (De) in all (Kaiser)Filenames.
That means, that all versions of Kaiser on Planet Emulation are only in German.

I saw a full page ad in The One for Kaiser so it seems unlikely, though not
impossible, that they spent the cash and then decided not to do an English
version. Also there were actual screenshots which were in English so it probably
exists but it must be very rare indeed.

i know it from c64 but that one looks very different with great gfx. Wow!
