Speedlink competition pro usb Not recognized on rpi4 and rpi400(Amibian; Pimiga).
Hi there,
I'm trying to use a Speedlink competition pro usb joystick with Amibian and Pimiga on both a raspberry pi4 and a p400. It looks like that the Speedlink competition pro is not being recognized by the raspberry at all? When I go to the Amiga configuration wizard, select Input and then the dropdowns menus for each port, the USB hoystick does not appear at all there. Is there any fix for this? Thanks Last edited by Fenris; 15 December 2020 at 16:05. |

I have just tried with an USB game controller, and that one is being detected...
So, could the issue be related only to the Speedlink USB Joystick (whih, by the way, it works fine with FS-UAE under Windows). |

Hi, mate,
I had the same problem with the same joystick and it turns out my joystick couldn't be recognised by pi4. So I returned the joystick and they gave me another one and this one worked just fine. |

It worked! I got that faulty one replaced and the new one was immediately detected.
Later I'll work a bit on the mapping, but the issue has been sorted out, thanks for the insight. By the way, the Pi400 feels great |
