Hammerfist, that Paranoimia crack...
I'm searching for another version of Hammerfist, not the Paranoimia crack.
This is because I remember to have played this game (cheating, because it's too hard), and at the end of the level you must defeat a boss underwater. When finished, as far I remember, the floppy starts loading, but on the disk there are no more files!!! Infact, the Paranoimia crack was trained and one-parted, but it misses completely the rest of the game!!! So, there are other non-tosec versions of this game around your collection? Thanks. |

I put a NON-TOSEC version in the zone - but this is a Paranoimia crack, however, a different one!
I can't say which is which, though. The TOSEC version says "100% version" and my crack says "FINAL VERSION". If someone knows more about the exact facts behind those versions, please post them. I remember an old discussion very long ago at AEN, presumedly. Hammerfist has only one crack in TOSEC, so I too would appreciate any other cracks, of course! [EDIT] Found one more non-TOSEC Paranoimia crack of this game, looking like the TOSEC version, but being slightly different. It could be that the TOSEC version has problems due to a disk error, and mine hasn't. It could. Last edited by andreas; 10 September 2002 at 01:18. |

Every crack have apparently THE SAME identical trainer one parted, but they have a different version size!
I had to try all. Oh my God… Fortunately, I found a nifty cheat to complete the game… So, forget that TOSEC version, the ONE and ONLY Hammerfist fully 100% working is that with the longer size (no crunched) posted by Andreas in the Zone. It’s called HAMMERFIST_(+2) *** Tosec-ize it and… let’s go! Another mystery resolved! Again, many hurras go to Andreas who provides the game! Thanks mate! Ah, here's the "evidence", the ending screen: |

So you can safely add a [!] to its name. Another problem has been solved! And thanks to YOU too for your persistent testing. You're also a part of the story, for I wouldn't have played this hard game till the end! |

AFAIK, you can fire in various direction to destroy all the tentacles (you can see the "weak" points because of the slight different impact on the enemy body). Then you must destroy his eye... But as I told you, I don't remember well and I'm not sure of this... |

I've worked it out - use Metalisis (female) to jump onto the small ledge and then change to Hammerfist (male) to shoot the eyes once the rest of the monster is destroyed.
You'll need to use Metalisis' high jump; press fire and up as normal but release fire and continue to press up. |

Hello Mortadelo,
Welcome to EAB I've put 2 files in The Zone! for you: Hammerfist (1990)(Vivid Image - Activision)[cr PNA][t +2 PNA].zip ... the TOSEC version that says "100% version". Hammerfist.zip ... a non TOSEC version that says "Hammerfist-Final!". Guess this is the fully working one that "the wolf" verified To access The Zone! follow these instructions: How do I get access to the zone? |

Thank you very much !
I have just tried it with an old savestate before the underwater boss, and now it works. Ah, and this game is not that hard; I finished it then (without cheating, it was an original copy), and now I think I´ll be able to do again. There were much harder Amiga games, almost impossible, like Shadow of the Beast 2 or Blood Money (these two were traumatic for me ) |
