Yes it freezes emulation. But currently I do not know another solution. I had used minimal value for pause.

1 second is the minimal value ? Doesn't 0.1 to 0.9 work ?

Another thing, I dont think the 'Help' key works. It should be the 'End' key (I think) but Uae4all2 says the 'End' key is button B/Right Mouse Click ?

Was there ever a fix for prince of persia whdload (you referenced if way back on page 2) as this still seems to run in slow motion?... I can't seem to search on my phone on here as it's being sketchy?

I tried to use sleep(0.9) but keyboard has flickering with it.

Amiga 'Help' key used KEYCODE_INSERT
via new virtual keyboard it works, via old text keybord as i see it not works

I remember about slowmotion problem in game Prince of Persia
and it was works correct with old one version of uae4all but i already not remember number of that version.
Try to play it via another emulators: uae4arm or e-uae.

Up, down, left, right keys are really used by uae4all2. And i have two reasons why it used.
1) It same used with uae4all for all other platforms.
2) for compatibility with libSDL on-screen joystick.
Releasing these keys are possible but need a lot of changes.
If these keys needed for some games personally i have used uae4all2-remapper.

As i remeber amiga keyboard not contain PAGE DOWN and END keys which used for mouse buttons in uae4all2.

I was thinking about buying a £70 Windows Tablet and just use the original WinUAE with a joystick overlay app.

Ok I'll try another emu as prince of persia, jimmy whites snooker and ik+ are three( out of many) of my all time favorite amiga games so it's a shame just those three have issues?...this emu still rocks though so thanks v much!!

I'll try your uae4arm emu at some point and see how it goes.

If I recall, in FAMEC core. Its defaulted to 2, so about 20% CPU to 80% Chipset.
Altering it does effect games that dont work.

I didn't get on with the alternative e-uae (for the non working or broken games) and have sold my soul to the devil and installed dosbox on my Ouya as Prince of Persia, jimmy whites and Anotherworld run fine and are perfect ports anyway.

Edit: Just fired up uae4arm and all the troublesome games work fine so all good now with x2 amiga emulators.

With uae4all2 latest version, I have a strange bug on my Nvidia Shield Portable.

When I change the control method between Joystick/Mouse/Stylus, the overlay picture of the Joystick/Mouse/Stylus stays and never goes away unless I restart the emu. It blocks the game underneath.

Hi guys,

Been trying to set up this latest version on my Ouya.

@lumbomyr - can you please add back the F11 Stylus option if that is what is causing the bug with the right stick mouse control. As I understand having Stylus option only meant there was 2 clicks/button presses to select from Mouse to Joystick instead of now having just the one. @Liveevil asked for this feature to be removed but fortunately it has brought bugs in its removal.

I am left handed, so for me to be able to toggle the left stick between joystick/mouse was very important. Plus with normal config, you cannot operate right stick mouse and press buttons at the same time unless you move your left hand over to the right hand side of the controller. It is not very fluid.

I have played with changing mouse buttons in SDL config, but then joystick fire and mouse are on different buttons. Y is now menu select? Before everything (fire, left mouse click & uae menu select) was on O.

I have been having a further play/test. You can get over the joystick / mouse toggle bug by cycling through again. But this then means you are pressing the button more! Which defeats my understanding of why @liveevil wanted it removed in the first place.

There are now more button presses to do!

Also 'Del' on F15 keyboard seems to be now broken. I am sure it worked on earlier versions because I play SWOS a lot, and now I can't quit from WHDLoad. Also tested with Speedball 2 which quits with 'Del' and same issue.

What mouse/joystick bug are you talking about ? I asked if the 'stylus mode' could be removed so it would only cycle from mouse to joystick instead of mouse/stylus/joystick. Lubomyr also said stylus mode was pointless.

You can remap L1 and R1 to Left and Right Mouse Button so you can control the Joystick with the Left Analogue stick and the Mouse with the Right Analogue & L1,R1 and use both at the same time without having to toggle.

Delete key works fine. That's the key I have set as the Global Quit Key in WHDLoad. Rawkey code 46.

Note. It's been a while since I used UAE4All2. I now use the proper WinUAE on a Windows Tablet.

It is the same bug you mentioned in Post #540:

1) I think there is now a small bug when using the F11 switch. When switching back and forth the mouse button keeps pressing by itself and have to switch back and forth again to get it to stop.

We have got rid of the stylus mode but now have to press more buttons to switch back/forth to get it to stop.
So it looks like we have gone back a step in usability in my mind. If we re-enable the stylus mode yes we will have a pointless icon, but won't need to switch back and forth, which is creating even more button presses. Which seemed to be the main reason to get rid of stylus mode.

So you have set 'Del' as a button press on your pad? I was talking about the original pop-up keyboard when F15 is pressed. Something has broken which before worked.
