Question about YAM
Is there a way to do a mail merge with Yam so that you can use wild cards for the email address and people names so that a generic email can automatically sent to multiple people in a list. I want the body of the email to be personalized with the name of the person imbedded in each email
Thanks for any info. |

Hmm... don't know it Yam has such functionality. Seems more like a word processor. I fear or I don't think an email program can do this (send one email to many receiver with different body text). What should go is that each receiver gets it's own email with different body text. Personally I would avoid such things but you should be able to build a script that can do it for you. See http://yam.ch/wiki/Documentation/ARexxAPI
