I'm half going :)

I've just booked my flights and hotel only to find out the two day tickets have sold out so I can only attend on the Sunday.

Does anybody have a spare ticket for Saturday?

If not I shall have a day on the Altbier instead

Amiga32 was great. The talks are the best bit. Looking forward to Dan's

I'm staying again in Dusseldorf (short tram to Neuss).
Too many Altbiers & a Schweinshaxe on Friday, show on Sat/Sun and maybe a trip to Cologne on Monday.

German's (and Brits) are not know for talking to strangers but we chatted to many friendly locals at a pub in the AltStadt.
They don't really do cards so carry cash!

p.s. the cafe in the main train station that sell an approximate English breakfast short changed us twice!

I'm surprised that they went for that led-heavy gamer-estethic for the Vampire bundle and not some clean and classy looking solution.

The stupid comment about Bill McEwen's resignation must be more Hyperion bullshit. The Declaration of Bill McEwen on file with the court reads:

After Amiga, Inc., Amino Development Corporation, and ltec, LLC were sued by Hyperion, I took the necessary steps to revive Amiga, Inc. Accordingly, I reached out to the Amiga, Inc. shareholders, who appointed me as Secretary and conferred on me the power to revive Amiga, Inc., and to file Amiga, Inc. ' s answer to Hyperion in this action.

So yes, the Asset Purchase Agreement with C-A Acquisition Corp. is valid.

BTW, I have absolutely no problem taking sides on this legal dispute.

Sorry I can't take the time to cross post everything, but I keep up as best I can with both the contract and trademark lawsuits on Morphzone.

You can backtrack from there to get all the links. Basically Hyperion has filed zero paperwork since May. Cloanto had to keep refiling to get responses which never came. Hyperion's lawyers refused service. And now additional delays have been granted in the trademark case, and will likely also be granted in the contract case.

Guys, let's not turn this into another legal discussion thread please.

It's about the event "Amiga 34" as the thread title suggests...

You already have numerous if you want to discuss these things, here's one example: AmigaOS 3.1.4 withdrawn from market after Amiga
