Since 1911 ?
Tell me,... what has Razor1911 done again ? In any case; i love and adore you guys since 1991 ( and no matter what Razor did, it couldn't have been THAT bad ) Greetings, your Demo Maniac Torti |

Definitely one of the best Amiga demos I’ve ever seen. I’ve uploaded a DMA debugger run of the demo on Youtube:
[ Show youtube player ] It reveals (to some extend) how certain effects are done. |

This looks wrong, none of the blitter activity is showing up. Are you sure it was captures with the right settings? |

It's recorded in vAmiga, not in UAE. The colors are the vAmiga standard palette.

Just watched this from Floppy on my A1200, for an OCS release its amazing, and even if it was AGA it would still be amazing, the demo flows so well, its probably one of the best demos Ive ever seen.

i have to admit Guys;
Last time i watched this Demo i had watery Eyes. The whole feeling of it and the absolut outstanding skills of there creators just overwhelmed me. Laugh if you will; but i know that an excellent Demo like this has the power to do so. (happend to me last time with Overdrive 2 by Titan; and a few others came so close to that) The Batman Rises Demo just left me in awe and wet Eyes BMG; thank you so much for that Last edited by Torti-the-Smurf; 15 December 2022 at 11:41. Best Amiga 500 demo I have ever seen. Sets new standards.
Holy shit. Not to go to deeply into this discussion, but this is where Amiga demo scene and games coding should be headed at (and what i have been saying for years). Vanilla setups. Last edited by Tigerskunk; 15 December 2022 at 11:57. |

Breathtakingly good. Stirs those Amiga loins in the best possible way.
How does it hold up running on WinUAE? |

I was lucky to have DarkG from Batman Group on my stream this past Sunday. He did some of the 3D artwork in Batman Rises and talks about the making of the demo https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1676824207?t=00h04m03s

winden asked that no WHDLoad will be created. Instead there will be a file version of the demo:

I understand the interest for the Demo scene to limitate Hardware but for the games not really... especially games relying heavily on CPU like 3D sims, FPS, RTS, Point'n'click). The Amiga was designed to be expanded since the Amiga 1000. That said, it is up to the developpers of course. I'm happy to see many quality productions on the Amiga, no matter what the setup recquired is. |
