Is there a way to turn the Amiga sound filter off for the UADE engine (or get that crisp sound with another setting)? I'm a bit lost in the settings. Also, the Libmodplug/Stereo separation setting does not save itself.

You can't change any settings for UADE yet unfortunately. This is on my todo list though.

You are right about the libmod stereo separation (btw libmod is only used for three formats), it must have broke somewhere along the way.

Hubbard Music 2 has issues in BZR 1.03.

the *.ss (speedysystem) files are silent and if you select a *.smus file (SonixMusicDriver) it crashes with this error.

Thanks for fixing Noisepacker v1 btw.

the *.ss in the hubbard music 2 archive are actually not speedysystem, they're samples for SonixMusicDriver. So they should not be loadable/playable at all. Those .smus work fine here...

I stand corrected, .smus does indeed work, I guess something went wrong when I loaded an .ss file the first time around.

Well I managed to enable/disable the filter, so I'll probably add that and some other options to UADE next release.

Thanks a lot bLAZER! Please also consider making BZR 125% DPI compatible.

Something that I found using it (daily).

When you minimize the Main window, With Playlist & File Information open, then just the main window minimize, leaving the two windows "orphaned". Also clicking on the taskbar with the player hidden behind a few other programs, only the main window pop up, you have to minimize all the other prorgams, or double click on the main window buttons to bring the child windows to the fore.

(hopefully I'm describing it in good english)

I tried this earlier and its a great player
Its not going to replace my WinAmp / DeliPlayer combo until a few extra features can be added / fixed. I do like the fact that it support MP3/CUE files without the need of a plugin (WinAMP). Also supporting Mark2 files is a bonus as I can now play one of my favorites the Katakis title tune

- Octalyzer replay is not 100% accurate when playering demosong2.oct
- No support for TFMX files (Turricans/RType)
- Add MP3 embedded track art work to a dockable.
- Remove the gap between tracks when using MP3/CUE
- look for jpns/jpnd at the end of the file name and not just the front.

Its coming on very well.
Keep up the good work.

@kkgarbod Never thought about that, I'll fix that.

@Bastich Thanks for the feedback. TFMX should work though, although file naming is important. Which files do you mean exactly?

Edit: @kkgarbod if you enable "minimize to tray" in settings all windows gets minimized.

Hello blAZER! Don Adan just release an improved, working onEscapee player. OnEscapee files are here too, maybe you could consider adding support for a next version?

Ah, thanks! I'll have a look then!

Edit: Most of those example files actually work right now (with the old player). So something wasn''t right with the example files I tested with previously. I'll look into why not all files are playable though.

Could you please support loading of .wpl playlists so I can have Cortana in Win10 start BZRPlayer?

I'll see if I can add some basic support for .wpl.

But what does Cortana has to do with .wpl and BZR Player?

Thank you.

As to the what/why; quote from insider hub:
Changing the default music player for “Hey Cortana play music”

In build 9926, by default Cortana will play music in the Windows Media Player, rather than the player selected in the Defaults settings page.

The first time you use this command to start playing music you will be presented with a notification to change the default player. If you miss this notification, there is no way to see it again. To work around this issue, you can do the following:
1.Launch Windows Media player.
2.Select Create playlist, enter a name for the playlist, and hit enter.
3.Under the Playlists section, right-click the name of the playlist you just created and then select Open file location.
4.In file explorer, right-click the playlist file and select Open with, and then select Choose default program….
5.Make sure Use this program for all .wpl files is checked, and then select the program you want the Hey Cortana play music command to use. (The selected program must support .wpl files.)"
