adding command in gemus script

i need to add to every whdload games a new command. Now i have to do manually, one by one, but it is very long thing to do.
Is there a way to add automatically this command to every whdload script at once?

I don't know enough of how GameBase works, but what about ExecuteStartup in S:WHDLoad.prefs? See http://whdload.de/docs/en/opt.html#ExecuteStartup
