What is the legal status of the Ultimate Blitz Basic CD on archive.org?
Is anyone aware of this link on archive.org? I would assume that if it was on that site, it is probably okay to download but I didn't know for certain:

Yeah, it's hard to tell really, since they tend to operate on a basis of hosting things for preservation until asked to take them down by a copyright owner. In the case of Blitz, the suite itself has been open-sourced, and the floppy version is freely available from Amiga Future, and while these facts don't necessarily mean the CD is public domain, it does suggest that you're very unlikely to find anyone that would challenge its availability.
