I also tried both mentioned games. Cryostasis is really boring but Necrovision somehow lacks character, lacks real action.
Today I started (again) Ankuku Densetsu (Legendary Axe II) on PC Engine. Finally some progress. Also I finished first level of Alien Breed Impact. So far I have typical gun (no funcy stuff from previous parts). Also level design is bit boring (you have freedom of move but it's the best to stick to waypoint, eventually You visit almost places anyway, not like in previous parts). Quite good but not good enough. |

I found a nice game instead, "I am not alone"... it seems a nice old school survival horror.

After all the fun that "Gun" provided I am now punishing myself on the PS2 and playing Silent Hill 3 - I am only playing it on normal and it is really hard!

I play 'search the pic for KG'. It's fun. You should all try it one day.

The puzzles can get you yes. As for combat, there is only one basic survival strategy; and that is to remember that this is not Resident Evil. You don't shoot the enemy unless you are cornered. RUN.

I'm playing "stop TCD wanting to kill himself".
It's quite challenging and I'm not sure how together past level 1. |

Level 2 is amazing. You just have to play through all the 1285 sublevels of level 1 first

Nebulus. I know it got good reviews back in the day but I'd never played it.
I've just finished it and I really enjoyed it, an excellent little puzzle game. |

Finished Silent Hill 3 and I can tell you I found it really hard.
Great game but as gimbal stated it did involve a lot of running away and this grew a bit tiresome on occasion I admit I had to look at the IGN guide a few times as I just got really confused as to where to go/what to do... some area's in the game are very intense and I was grateful to find a medikit or save point. I made one big mistake and that was to overlook the Katana in the office - I played the whole game without it - the Maul and the Steel Pipe weren't great alternative weapons in my opinion. The boss fights weren't too bad - I was expecting them to be much harder (I played the game on normal) the hardest fight was against the "Memory of Alessa" on the Carousel. It was pretty scary at times and the puzzles were just difficult enough but... I preferred Silent Hill 4 for pure enjoyment but Silent Hill 2 beats them both for me. I've currently managed to get addicted to SWOS 96/97 again. It seems to be a lot easier now than it's ever been - not only have I racked up several 5-0, 5-1 and 6-0 wins I've managed to knock out several Premier League sides out of the League Cup (including a 3-0 win at Manchester United) and reached the final. All the while my players' values inexplicably decreasing...

still playing Etrian Odyssey (DS)... I've been playing that game quite constantly (at least an hour each day) for about 1.5 months now and I'm STILL not at the end... Longest and hardest DS game I have played so far, and there are two more that are even harder :s

I'll be pulling off wheelies and spectacular jumps in the similarly spectacular stunt 'em up Joe Danger on my PlayStation 3 this weekend. I need some lighthearted motorcycle stuntin' right about now.

Started Mass Effect 2 and The Saboteur (which to me seems like Grand Theft Auto set during WW2) - nonetheless, seems fun to far....

Currently picked up Robin Hood the Legend of Sherwood after having it for years. For those who don't know it: It's a game like Commandos, only in a Robin Hood setting
