Looking for 500 Expansion

I'm afraid to open the trap door on my 500 but I will if I have to. I'd rather have an external expansion unit that fits on the slot on the right. Any suggestions or leads? Thanks!

So you´re looking for A500 expansions? There is a slot on the right? The disk drive you mean? I think my English knowledge is too bad and I am a victim to a hoax?
Anyway.
There is almost anything available for the A500 you can think of. There are harddisks, harddisks with turbo-board or fast memory combined. There are even hardisks for the parallel port that I heard of, if you don´t want to use the expansion slot.
My favourite at this present state of time is the A570 CD-Rom drive. The scenario I think of is to burn CD´s on PC and use them on A500. But I didn´t yet try one, so I don´t know if it´s a reliable expansion to use.

I use one of the GVP units that you have in the picture in your original post on my A500+. It has a SCSI controller, and can be used to upgrade to 8mb of fast ram.

Yes I want to upgrade. I can't seem to find an external expansion unit for my 500. What I'm saying is that I want one. Any leads or suggestions as to where one might be found for sale? AM I using the wrong thread? Thanks.
