A1200 LED Re-configure.

Hello there my friends,

I am (reconfiguring) the LED's from an A1200 for (a12) modified project *its a little special and cant wait to show you... but not yet... its not ready*

Okay...

the question i have is, does anyone know what resistors are used, as mine have faded I cannot make the difference of yellow / brown or red stripes on those little things..

I have also noted from the black line that one (the bottom one in the bellow diagram) is in a reversed direction compaired to the others... is this important or just a weird production thingy.

The resistors are all the same - "orange" "orange" "black" "Gold" (33 ohm 5% tolerance). You can use 1/4 or 1/2 watt verions as replacements. The mounting direction is not important as resistors are passive non-polarised components.

Warning - each of the A1200 LEDs are actually two leds in a single package that are connected series on my Commodore A1200 Rev 1 LED board. You'll need to factor in twice the voltage drop in to your calculations if modifying the circuit.
