Integer Scaling problem after 4.4

Today I fired up an install that runs in 720x540 (dblpal) resolution with WinUAE interger scaling enabled ob a Full HD display.

This doesnt work with the current version, the display is not doubled (integer sscaled) in resolution, it remains at 720x540 on a 1920x1080 display.

I tried an old version, 4.4, there it works correctly.

If I change the resolution on the Amiga side to 720x538, two pixels less in vertical size, it scales correctly.

I attached the configuration file.

It probably is due to chipset emulation now counting lines more accurately and including previously missing or ignored hidden line.

I think I'll just add some small safety margin to integer scaling (like 5% of display width/height) before switching to smaller multiplier.

Wouldn't it be nice to display as many lines as possible i.e. as many lines accurately counted are available?

Chipset in dblpal mode could do 550 lines, i reduced them in overscan settings to 540 and with a 1080 display 2x would work

Lines also hidden in bottom vertical blank were counted if programmed mode. (They should be only included if extreme or ultra overscan modes)

This is fixed in next version.
