I think i got CD soundtrack which was different from TFMX tunes, so im looking for that, not TFMX ones :-) or they are same? if yes, is there any way to conver TFMX to MP3 then to cd audio format?

Was it this CD? Produced in 1993 and remastered in 1997.

They are not part of public domain, you can buy them from http://www.lynnemusic.com/ or http://www.synsoniq.de/
