If you haven´t seen it yet: at http://www.gods-country.de/ you´ll find the best Bimap-Brothers Fansite - especially if you love Cadaver or Gods !

btw: Is the Xenon2000-Level available for download somewhere ?

no, it works!

Just too many people downloading at the same time made the server crash (what I expected while I was writing this post yesterday )

Wish they'd included a remix of the original music, it doesn't "feel" like Xenon without the bass soundtrack. In MP3 format and no sound channel limitations, in game would have rocked!

Nice though.

@Bloodwych

no problem, just replace (and rename) Game.mp3 with Bomb The Bass - Megablast.mp3

Haha, nice one! Didn't realise the ingame music file was just sitting there in the install directory.

Replaced the title music with the actual megablast soundtrack and the ingame music with the Amiga version of the intro.

Now it FEELS like Xenon.

The gameplay is annoying however - I can't stand the way that the very few powerups you collect blow up with contact.

And it suffers from exactly the same problem as the original - die late on in the level and you lose all your weapons, making it near impossible to carry on!

Plus you HAVE to use keys.

Oh well, it's free and the graphics work is nice.

I've mapped the keys to a sidewinder pad and it works well, however the gameplay isn't perfect ...but hey, its still funny to play for a while.
