CD32 RGB Output Modification on French CD32

I've juste seen this video about modding a CD32 for a nice video signal :

[ Show youtube player ]

Does somebody have done this on a french CD32?
Is the output better than the SCART Mini Din ?

I have a TFF30 and the RGB port is noisy for a OSSC.

I wonder if the signal is cleaner than the original one with this mod.

can't you use the VGA output from the CD32 riser?

I don't have the riser with VGA port, i have the kipper one with DB23 port.

BTW the riser port is very noisy as explained here, not usable with an OSSC in my opinion.

RGB to VGA adapter is noisy too, because OSSC don't filter the VGA port, and there is no proper sync from the DB23 on TF330

The original Mini-DIN to scart is good enough and sharp for the OSSC but i wonder if it will be even better with this mod.

From an electronic point of view, I wonder if with this mod the signal is more direct than with the classic mini-din output

Also from the Mini-Din , picture becomes wavy after 20 minutes, not at cold
My CD32 was fully recapped in 2019 so i don't think it's caps related
Perhaps this mod can fix that too

DB23 2 VGA exists as an adapter BTW. But it outputs 15KHz so you need a capable monitor to display it.
