yes tukinem had started to make the safari table playable in the penultimate WIP and then removed it in the last WIP to focus on one table for now.

Tukinem: "As I said, I removed the second table and blurred the table selection screen temporarily (probably for the long term completion of this table)"

The other tables cannot be selected (for the moment) due to some ball collision problems (these are grayed out from table selection menu).

I'm not continuously following that thread over ppa.pl but most likely that is the reason (judging from his post).

There was an update to the game yesterday. Google translate of the update:
Quote:
Not much changed but:
- added Read.ME file with short description (tooltype is set to BareED, because I use such TextEditor myself)
- added shifting of "ZAP" highlight when pressing SHIFT (as in the original):

- slightly improved ball physics (I consider bouncing with my paws as finished, I'd better not do it)
- when the ball falls, the word "GAME OVER" is not displayed, only "SCREAM", as in the original
- the table reacts for now, so that the lights come on in places where the ball will fall or pass, although in the original there are flashing lights that indicate where to aim the ball. For me, it's quite a few blitts more, which can slow down the game, so I've skipped it for now.

If I finish the ball physics myself, write all table reactions, proper scoring and displaying the highscore on the welcome screen, then I'll move on to the next table (SAFARI), but it's probably half a year from now, considering that I started writing the game in November, and it's getting harder and harder I'm doing well.

So far, the game can be played in my opinion, although without a scoring system, it's only for those who want to test themselves.
I've added the OneDrive link and a link to the same version on Turran's server to the first post where the update can be found.

Would be crazy if this Speedball 2-table (designed by Bubba'n'Stix on LemonAmiga) could be brought to life as 5th table:

If it ever happens, it definitely needs an "Ice Cream lane"!

I have one crazy idea, I was playing Slam Tilt Pirate table. Was there ever a table in pinball based on computer piracy theme?

Pinball Brain damage has a table editor, but I don't know how it works at all. Can be custom assets used? That would be nice then if PD2 couldn't be used...

I could see custom tables trending if it was a thing.

Imagine SotB, Superfrog, Alien Breed, Turrican themed tables

I'd even pay for a SOTB table as Pinball Dreams 3...

Even if that table would do exactly the same things as any other table in Pinball Dream 1 & 2? It would just be a stylistic makeover?

I think attempting stylistic makeovers first would be a good step.

I think the black around the main title logo should be removed to the board color with speedball 2. Takes 1 second to do it with photoshop

Ice Cream is in as a mode:

But I agree, that mode should reward you for shooting a lane.

Wouldn't have made sense for a commercial release, but it's an interesting idea.

Bubba provided his graphics file now:

He also described how he imagines the gameplay:

Here it'd be Goal, injury, ice cream and match end.

Also the Spin/Score bonus/Extra Ball tunnel on the left has two exists. One above which allows the player to light the "GET ready" score multiplier, but also one in the bumper on the right after obtaining the spin/sb/XB for example.
