Have a look at the hardware / notes section of the entry in HOL for more information, specifically this:

It's in the latest "Commodore Amiga - CD - Games (TOSEC-v2009-03-09_CM).dat". You can definitely find it on some torrent sites

...but like mentioned above, if you can prove that it's still not sold (95% chance that it isn't) then I'll upload it for you
