Copper effect problem

On the game Road Rash there is a problem where the copper background extends beyond the display area. Is there any way to fix this?

Why do you think it is a problem? Looks perfectly normal.

Oh. lol. I didn't think it did that on a real Amiga but I guess it does. You just don't normally see that much of the display on a regular TV right?

Maybe not that much but you do see border area.

Some programs does it that way, some don't.
