What's up with Amiga Forever?

Does anyone have a surefire way to reach Cloanto(AmigaForever)? I recently purchased and was billed by Avangate AmigaForever 2008 Premium Edition. I did get a key and the ISO file. I never received the physical package that includes the CD and 2 DVDs. Avangate lists the order as delivered and will not look into this and Cloanto never responded to several incident reports/customer support requests including an email to the president of Cloanto.

So. Does anyone in the Amiga community know if there is anyone at Cloanto or how I can get some results? I am very interested in the information/media on the DVDs and am presently resurrecting my passion for the Amiga as the best multimedia platform ever! Any leads or suggestions will be appreciated.

Check on Amiga.org... although Cloanto are not responding to emails, people are now beginning to get their DVD sets from them. I ordered AF2008 premium as soon as it was released, and only got my DVD's Monday. I reside in Chicago.

Hopefully you'll get your DVD's in the next week or so?

OOPS! I received the package today.

A humbling experience

My apologies go to Avangate and Cloanto for my premature rants regarding my AmigaForever order, particularly Vlad IORGA of Avangate Support. It was my lack of understanding in the language barriers between countries. I didn't realize delivered means shipped. I assumed that delivered meant I had received the package. I would hope that someone would have pointed this out to me. I received the package today and I am very satisfied.

Again, I apologies deeply for my previous rants. I will be looking into my own issues of anger management.

One good thing resulted in this adventure. I am now a registered member of the English Amiga Board.

There's a discussion at Amiga.org (see here) about delays in receiving Amiga Forever. There was a delay but people seem to be getting their orders filled now. I think it is time to order mine.
