I just bought this item:

I know it´s an ebay link! Sorry.
But if you´re searching for Guy Spy CDTV you should buy this one.

I wanted this Mac version for Shapeshifter and was very surprised when I recognized a CDTV folder.
And yes, it works on CDTV and CD32!!

It´s cheap and brand new.
You know how expensive a "real" Guy Spy CDTV is!
And the package looks almost the same.

There are only two disks left. Be quick.
