Amiga 1200 Big Tower Version.
Tower is including: - A1200 board - Kickstart 3.1, - Floppy DD drive, - 2 GB HD, - 3 GB HD, - 4 x IDE Controller , - 24 x IDE CD-ROM , - PCMCIA angle adapter, - PS2 PC Keyboard Adapter, - PS2 Keyboard (german) , - Z4 Zorro Busboard Reset has to be done with the keyboard. The HDs LED in the front is connected. There are some more wires at the frontpanel which can be connected to the mainboard I think (reset ?) The last owner used the Z4 board with lots of Zorro cards, but I personaly did not use the Zorro stuff. I had PPC and BVison installed which are sold already and do NOT belong to this offer. I think if you really want to use the Z4 Zorro board you need at least FASTRAM or an accellerator with FASTRAM. At the moment there is only OS/Workbench 3.1 installed. I also installed the IDEFIX Software to make the IDE adapter (manufaced by ?) working. CD-ROM works and will be mounted on startup. The Amiga is also working Update : now only 130 Euro I prefer IBAN / BIC money transfer PayPal is possible but I will not pay paypal fees of Credicard based paypal accounts ! (in this case add 5%) Shipping starts from 25 euro (UK,france, italy) or just 12 euro to Germany ![]() Last edited by Hacky; 04 August 2006 at 09:06. |

Heys Hacky, your not that far off, if you broke it down into components,
£25 for the A1200 Mobo £30 (aprx) for the Z4 board +/- 25% £30 case / chasis (amiga specific) so about £85.00 is a good figure if you use Ebay as a price guide. the Z4bus board can swing in either direction depeneding what is similarly available in the local country etc. now as the community goes, you might find that the right component for the right customer would fetch a higher price. [edit] *just noticed the keyboard adapter add another £10.00* so about £95, isnt bad after all i got a rare micronik case for £82.00 (inc postage), which is another concern, realistically you may have to take a small hit in the price bacuase of the postage as its a heavy (costly) item. But beware, those prices are UK ![]() I saw you also put this on AN ... guess you might get only 60 - 70% of the UK price here in germany .... |

Looks like a fast serial port (silversurfer?) oin the top slot aswell. That is well worth the price - if I didn't have my power tower I'd buy it.
Good luck Hacky! PS - why not post on Amibench aswell? |
