Nirvana and Galaxy intros

Hi guys,

I just found this forum, wonderful stuff! I used to be in the groups called Galaxy and Nirvana. We didn't do much stuff but released a few intros and I wonder if anyone got them.

Thanks!

Bajstro http://bitworld.bitfellas.org/demo.php?id=22822
BBS Intro http://bitworld.bitfellas.org/demo.php?id=8844 (I think this is the same one TCD has attached)
Teeny Weeny BBS Intro http://bitworld.bitfellas.org/demo.php?id=24999

That's all for now, no more on Bitfellas

EDIT: My search for the group Galaxy (GLX) resulted in only a C64 group. Can you be sure they *are* an Amiga group, as my source is extremely reliable

EDIT 2: Although I have found evidence that there was a group called Galaxy, on the Amiga, unfortunately there is very little information regarding them, source http://www.exotica.org.uk/wiki/Galaxy_%28amiga%29

Wow, nice work guys! The Bajstro is from our group but somehow I can't download it since I need to log in on the ftp to access it and I can't find where to register.

Thanks again guys! And thanks for the welcome! It worked and I downloaded the file, however I just wonder how to start the intro? It's got no ending but at bitworld it says it's a .exe so I tried to rename it to an exe-file but it doesn't seem to work in Vista or Dosbox. Any ideas?

Er... it's an Amiga file Get WinUAE and put the 'exe' in the first floppy slot (DF0). This should work, but I'll test it now to make sure it does

Edit : Yes it does Just choose the A500 most common quickstart and there you go. If you have never used WinUAE before and wonder what this 'kickstart' message means, you might want to google for it...

Run it in WinUAE. drop the file into DF0: in the quickstart a500 default setting.
