Nice job MikeyC.
Definitely will be bringing an A1200 and Screen. Possibly data projector too (if needed). Currently making a Null modem cable for multiplayer. If it works, I will bring it. What kind of repairs do you anticipate being done in the "Fix it" area? |

Honestly sounds fun, I hope you all enjoy it!
EDIT: Maybe I should bring my A1200 and Microbotics MBX 1200z expansion along? |

Just hope enough people turn up to justify hosting such an event. Otherwise, its curtains for amiga user get together in the UK.
btw, hint, hint, there will be sensible soccer, but subject to confirmation, the Gaming Arena Competition will be Stunt Car racer dual player (we tested it, it works) More news on Gaming Arena to follow. |

I am in Sevenoaks, if you want to meet up and try my memory expansion so see if that works in your Amiga, might help narrow down the problem? I could even try your memory in my Amiga. Steve. |

I'm in Newington/Rochester, I'll try a few things out first and if I'm still stuck that would be cool, thanks.

If its any incentive, anyone who comes along, giving at least 2 other amiga user's a lift, gets in free plus a free cuppa!

So... what's so cool about SCR? Just rethorical, of course, I know what's so cool about it after playing joyfully with it more than 20 years later . But is it always the favourite one when link-playing? What about the rest of linkable games? Have anyone here interesting experiences dual-playing with other games? I know the list at http://www.amiga-online-games.de/ but haven't played much of them. EDIT: on second thought, this off-topic might be worth its own thread! -- Last edited by rockersuke; 11 November 2009 at 23:21. |

Well, SCR will always remain one of the top link games imho. Brilliant concept.
BTW, I have forgotten to mention that if you are coming down, there will be second hand items to buy as well. Two tables of in fact. Mikey C |
