Piccolo SD64 not working on Micronik busboard v4.02

Hi,

I'm struggeling with my Piccolo SD64 2Mb graphics card for weeks now. Problem is I get graphics corruptions when the Piccolo outputs the screen. No images or text can be seen and the mousepointer is a striped block. On the picasso test screen you can see the different colour blocks and some patterns.

I tried a lot of different settings in ENV and Tooltypes in Picasso96 and that doesn't help.

On a different forum someone suggested the video ram may be broken. How can you make sure it's the ram?
Or is the busboard to blame?

Only thing to find out is to do some testing

- Piccolo in A2000
- other ZII gfx card in the busboard
- Piccolo in other busboard

However, I don´t think you can test the video ram on it´s own .... maybe just replace it and see what happens, not sure which rams the Piccolo got ....

If you don´t have any chance, you may contact me so I can test the Piccolo, but you must pay shipping to germany in that case ....

Or you may contact the commodore scene in the netherlands, wasn´t there a meeting just some weeks ago ? they could help for sure

I had probs running p96 + psd64 + rbmzorroII busboard... p96 was to blame, and going to cgx4 solved everything....
also on aminet there is a piccoloSD64 test prog... try that

Would CGX V3 work also for testing? I don't feel like spending money on a piece of software when my card is to blame!

I just installed CGX V3 but I can't test a screenmode with it. The Mode editor just says that it's unable to open a screen.

Also the ScreenMode program in Prefs only shows the AGA modes...

Yep OS3.9 with BB2

Edit:

Did some research and found this:
http://www.gregdonner.org/os39faq/compatibility.html#16

Guess that explains

By the way I just tried the piccolo drivers on amiga.resource.cx and they give the same kind of corruption as picasso96...

Any users from Holland here that will let me test my Piccolo in their Amiga?

I had a disappointing visit to an Amiga meeting where nobody was willing to help... Your help would be greatly appreciated!
