WHDLoad AMIGA 500 + Derringer 030 8MB DRAM + A590 2MB fast Super SLOW preload

Hi. I have system like in the subject.
When I ran lets say SecretOfMonkeyIsland from whdload it takes 1:30min to load the game.
This is happening on 030 + activated DRAM.
When i switch to 68000 game load in 10sec.
When i switch to 68030 without dram activated 10sec.
The problem is when DRAM is activated. 10sec vs 90sec...

I can see HDD is doing something, led flashing all the time. It is like it is trying to do something but doing it so slow that it takes 90sec.

Any ideas?
