Perhaps the guy on the right just had too many Big Macs
Quick web search reveals all images of game are like the one on the right. Last edited by MSC; 14 January 2005 at 14:57. |

if what i said before is true, and is quite possible, the cracked version is a pre-release version. so, there may never be a retail version of that cracked game, although there may be a cracked version of the retail game. |

x_to's one is definitely the retail one sold at Germany this is now confirmed.
What I'd like to see is a dump from an uk and us. If they are the same, the different gfx one is certainly a pre-release version never sold, just stolen. |

My version is more like the right one too - even though the two sprites have two different poses and can't be judged precisely - but being McD land one of my fave games at the time (go figure ) I can easily understand. I remember my sprites being even smaller though I should give it a look in the next few days.
Oh and nice coppery extravaganza on the left one |

Look in the Zone! I have just upload an old patch+game for Mac Donald land (the more beautiful version!)
I have the same problem with Full contact classic version (. The version supported by Whdload have less beautiful like a old cracked version by 'goonies' that I had patched it longtime ago The cracked version have a beautiful anim intro (you can show hero before a sun hiting with a kick and a punch=>like a Jean Claude Vandamne movie scene in 'Kick boxer" or perhpas "full contact") Have you this orignal version? The ipf retail has a few pictures, some cool oriental music and a van damme like guy doing some exercises - maybe more I got bored with watching it. Very reminescent of karate kid exercise scenes as you said.

I remember having an original of the "plane/small-kids" version years ago!
Shame I no longer have it, but then again I wouldn't have been able to dump it for yas.... |

Ok, checked cfou's upload and it is fairly different. The kids are fat bastards, probably aimed at uk/us distribution where mcd was not worried about anti junk food campaigns that time. Since Virgin Airlines is plugged my guess is UK.
hopefully the install is from a retail disk, not some pre-release stuff. So anyone in the uk/us: please feel free to dump your version Also: what if Global Gladiators has two versions one with fat abbot, and another one with the slimline kids? |

Interesting stuff, though not a unique situation as posted earlier. Still, Is this another possible title to add to the AGTW list? (As a possible alternate version(s))
I do recall demo from The One coverdisk being of the unresetable variety & discovering the alternate character selections by accident. |

Cfou your version is Team 7 (original name of Team 17) and published by 17 bit PD.
It is either a wip/leaked beta, or it was only sold through mail order. Actually the retail version looks nicer with the pictures and story, but the PD version has some speech plus a 3d text while loading the same animation that comes after the two pictures on the retail one. |

* BUMP *
So, is the other version of Full Contact found yet? I had it on floppies many years ago. I remember the current WHD-version being tougher to complete... |
