The last few days have been an amigan horror...
I'm sorry to trouble you all again... but... The thing is, my A1200 floppy drive after the miggy been on for a while, stops working, unable to read any floppy, then i turn the miggy off for say 20m, and *presto* floppy disc back to top condition. Does someone have any clue about what is this about? A few days ago (testing my Blizzard) to make sure that it wasn't a power issue that made the blizzard not working, i've made an AT PSU mod, and connected it to the floppy drive power pin on the mb... does this has anything to do with this? Once again, sorry for being such a pain in the butt |

The A1200 is so nice to repair, nothing is socketed, for your SMD soldering pleasure. :-( Before you do anything else, try it with a different floppy drive and a different floppy cable.. Perhaps the fault is there and you got "lucky". |

Hum... i've tried not to disconnect the miggy, but to keep it on without using the floppy... and it works too... after a while without working, back in shape after some time...
