I think we are straying into games that actually push the poly limit on Amiga.

Would Stunt Car Racer meet the low poly criteria?

Huh. I was completely unaware that this existed.

Midwinter, Hunter, Killing Cloud, Castle Master, Corporation...these are some of my favurite games from that era. The low framerates didn't bother me much, I was just amazed it's at all possible, and how innovative they were.

EDOT: Seal Team was one of the games made me want a PC bad. But at least we had Gunboat...

Couple other unusual Amiga ones: Interphase, Mind Walker.

Basically, the editor for Freescape engine based maps; in a commercial way instead an internal development tool.
That lets you the creation of new Freescape style games.

Here are some name that comes to my mind regarding "3D" games I enjoyed BitD. As shows this thread, there are plenty others

The Sentinel : Discovered on the C64. A killer ! I was amazed about the concept, idea, gameplay, gfx. Did play it a lot !

Elite : Also discovered it on the C64. A brilliant game.

Hard Drivin' : Played it the most on arcade halls

Driller : Not played it as much as it deserved but enjoyed it.

Virus : Another one I should have played much.

Indianapolis 500 : Really played it for the 1st time during the EAB/Lemon competition

Ha ha yeah but my poor A500 ran out of memory long before I could get anywhere close to something that looked like a game

3D Starstrike II on the ZX Spectrum was probably the first home computer game I had with filled vectors.

Certainly does. To be fair... that looks worse to play than Thunder Blade.

Must the vectors be filled? Because if not Star Wars and Block Out would come to mind. And what about something like Tempest? Man what a game!

Tempest is hardly a "3D world" like the others, now is it?

And yes, we would prefer they'd be filled.

Tempest is a 3D tunnel game. There are many more games with a 3D tunnel that I just can't remember the name of.
