Reading JOY1DAT fails on real hardware
I'm trying to implement joystick support in EmuTOS.
For that, I read JOY1DAT. It works fine with WinUAE, but fails on real hardware: nothing is read. I suspect something related to POTGO. Some subtle difference which is not emulated by WinUAE. Strangely, even button 1 at bit 7 of CIAAPRA does not return anything. Any hints? |

Not much information...
JOY1DAT (and 0) always work, there is no way to disable them. EDIT: POTGO can only affect second and third button. Fire/left mouse is CIA-only. Sounds like hardware problem. Last edited by Toni Wilen; 20 February 2017 at 09:34. |
