Every adapter which allows to connect a PC mouse to the Amiga will also allow to use the scroll wheel. Just install the software which comes with it.

If you have the addaptor did it NOT come with a diskette with the software on it ?? Or are you asking about using a STANDARD seriel mouse that has a mouse wheel ?

For that it requires as I recall a a full size seriel port addaptor and you will find the software at Aminet

You need two programs: one is the WheelDriver which comes with the Topolino. It reads the wheel events from the mouse port and feeds it into input.device. The other program is FreeWheel as suggested by Lopos. It captures the events from input.device and makes Intuition windows react on them.

AFAIK the Topolino3 is the same as the EZMouse from Eyetech. You can download its software from here: http://www.eyetech.co.uk/DOWNLOAD/EZMOU028.DMS

Hello.

Does anyone have the driver for the EZMouse from Eyetech?

This is now dead http://www.eyetech.co.uk/DOWNLOAD/EZMOU028.DMS

I thought the cocolino driver would work but it does not.

Try this: http://npandd.co.uk/Amiga/WheelDriver.lha

It's not the whole disk - just the WheelDriver itself, but that's probably all you need.

(I don't know if it's the absolute latest version - I wrote the original driver, and it's the latest version I had anything to do with, but if memory serves I did give Eyetech the source, so it's possible they made further adjustments.)
