Hello from UK North West
Hi folks,
Long time lurker, recent account creator, and finally a post or two. Good to be here with you all, and seriously pondering attending the UK Kickstart convention in June 23. I've forgotten 99% of my (A500) Amiga knowledge, so slowly getting back up to speed. It's not what i can do with my shiny new (umm... ish) A1200, but the fun I have getting there. Sadly my A500 died back in the 90's, but that turned out to be a major positive event in my life when I replaced it with a 486 PC and ended up getting a career in IT on the back of the hobbyist knowledge I picked up. The Amiga was always my favourite though. It always felt like a downgrade for the PC to not be able to have my utilities in RAM survive a reboot. Good times. Stay safe out there. Rhys |

Would be great if there was some local meet ups for a bit of gaming. Most of my mates are more from the PS1 era of gaming. |
