[Found: Traps 'n' Treasures] Jump'n run with a pirate.
Hi all,
Sadly I can't remember a lot of details, but I had only a demo version of this game, I assume I got it from a Magazine called Amiga Games back in 1992. However, it was a jump'n run in a comic steal, and you where controlling a pirate. I only can remember that I was under the spell of the graphic and game play. But I can't remember a awful lot more... Has anyone a idea what games is might be was? Thanks! Mark |

Great game. Roman Werner, the programmer and main developer of TNT, has a blog at http://www.kingroman.com/ with some interesting stories from the development of TNT and how he got into computers and the game industry.

And anyone getting a German original... Starbyte was already so much out of money they had the manual photocopied instead of printed. The same applies to the disk labels...
The UK version instead has a fully printed manual. It also has English in-game texts etc. Pretty neat one actually. |

I like the fact (what I gathered from the screenshot at least) that you need vitamins... better eat vitamins or you'll get the scurvy. Yarr!

This game requires a 100% accurately WORKING fire button! (if you want to play with joystick) My old 'n trusty one had a prob with the fire button contact reed, and I was the one "elected" to gain this lovely experience in level 2: you will always lose the boxes you have to pick up from the sea bottom and it's "quite" fun to repeatedly fetch them! Yeah right! |

Sorry for late answering in this thread...
TNT is also my favorite game on AMIGA. I've read some interesting items on Romans blog. Also there where plans for TNT2 if I understand it right. Also TNT should have more levels. Is there a inofficial version of this game with these two missing levels (Volcano and Jungle)?? On Romans blog I can't find an email address. Have anyone contact data of Roman? |
