Old 4 month old mouldy thread..revived!!
CAP is related to the ones on SNES and other consoles, I think. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, I have been looking for UN Squadron for ages now. Is it similar to the one that I love on the SNES?
If one of my pals can post it, I would be thankful.

Fred, if you don't already have it, here's a link for the original version. It works in callus

U.N. Squadron 1.23mb

or you could just get the adf, configure it, realise something's wrong, curse your computer, blah blah blah etc!

I thank you, Birdy The arcade version is incomparable. But it would be nice to get the Amiga version, if only to compare

There's one thing in Amiga UN Squadron that I like more than in SNES UN Squadron: it sticks more close to the original arcade machine version. The SNES game is a remix where not even the levels order is the same! Still a great game, but the meega version has that 'straight port' feel

Amazing, Akira....after playing the Arcade version that Birdy kindly provided, SNES version and Cody's Amiga version for 15 minutes before leaving for work today, I was about to offer the same observation. Yeah, Amiga version is definitely purer!

I've uploaded in the ADFZone a 2 disk version cracked by TPX.

A quick test in WinUAE showed that it apparently freezes at the start of any mission, but i didn't have time to check more deeply so just try it for yourself .

I checked at home and it works on the A1200, at least it worked until i was downed then it crashed everything (the plane and the A1200 ).

But i think that the crash was due to using TUDE to run it on the A1200; also the crack is weird because at the questions (3) you always get an error but after the third you're told "access denied" and then the game starts as if it was alright.
