Retroplay pack SpeedBuggy NTSC v1.1
The install doesn't have an intro? Is it SpeedBuggy or a trimmed Buggy Boy?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but it is the U.S. release of Buggy Boy. You can read about the port here: https://www.martinward.games/speedbuggy.html

It has been a while since I played it but I checked and Buggy Boy has music only at end of game crossing the Finish line. So you're right, music is not the issue with the WHDLoad install of Speed Buggy, more the lack of Intro screen and Credits screen.
