Amiga native video with RTG video card
I've got a 3000D with a Cybervision 64 video card. I've got the 3000's internal scan-doubled video going into the input on the CV64 and the output going to an LCD monitor.
I've just recently started wanting to play games on the 3000, but think I'm not able to because the games are not RTG-friendly. If I boot the games from disk, the native video comes through, but if I boot from the hard disk and try to run the game from Workbench, I don't get any video. I know the CV64's passthrough is supposed to overcome this, but how do I make it work? I'm using CybergraphX 4 drivers. I know about the PASSTHOUGH tooltype, but it either doesn't seem to work or it's not working properly. |
