What would you name an 80s-90s home computer?

I've always thought that the name Amiga was perfect for a home computer with which you grow attached. It certainly had a role in its appeal, at least to the nerdy teenagers most of us were back then.

I never cared much for the term Workbench, too business-like for me.

If you could go back to the good old days and you got to name a hypothetical home computer (and its software-hardware), what would you choose?

I'll go first:

Computer: Sony Kestrel 2000

Here's a potential logo:

Graphics chip: Helios
Audio chip: Canens
Operating system: Seriema

Aardvark. That would have ranked higher in the phone book than Acorn, Amiga, Apple and Atari.

Anybody remember the Apricot ?

Think I'd go for The Griffin
or The Tabby (with a Cat logo)

Would it have Aardvarkware, Softvarkware and (if it's modern) Firmvarkware?

The Falcon 2000, as that would have Millennium Falcon hidden message in the name . The single tasking OS would naturally be called Solo haha

I would have called it the "Pentium", just to mess with Intel's future plans in 1993.

The first model would just be called the "Pentium", followed by the "Pentium II" and "Pentium III". There would also be a professional model called the Pentium Pro. Then when I brought out machines with an extended multimedia chipset I would add "MMX" (the letters meaning nothing at all, just like Intel claimed for their CPU).

Later on when letters and numbers got too boring I would start using names like "Tillamook", "Gladden", and "Coffee Lake".

Custom chips would be named according to function, with a small 'i' in front. The main custom chip would be called the "iMAC", the phonetic voice chip the "iPHONE", and the two I/O data ports the "iPOD" and "iPAD". Breaking that rule though, the quadraphonic audio chip would just be called 'QUADRA" and the new tone generator 'NEWTON".

Of course all these names would be fully protected by copyright and trademark, but that's not all. I would also patent the innovative techniques I used to change the color of pixels on the screen. This would be called the ANDORXOR patent, which I would aggressively enforce for the next 15 years.
