@NeoHippie2016
Superb in advance!

@AmyMor
No it lives on. Real life got in the way and still is to some degree since this time last year.
There may be a small run of the other physical titles just before or directly after this one is released yes.

@macce2
Thank you!

@Predseda
If you can smell Aliens buddy then grab your pulse rifle and report for duty later.
Actually the dropship is a Gunstar 2G model in this title

@eXeler0
The original game was based on Aliens and was a cutesy sort of spin on Alien Breed I guess.
This one is less cute and more mature by design.
Although underway (again) now, the current in-game graphics are only being shown in private at the moment.
In time there will be the full compliment of screenshots and videos of course.

Cheers guys.

Loved Cyberpunks when I was a kid!

Will also purchase the collection asap to fix (some 20 years later) the fact that I had a pirated copy back then - sorry Adrian

I can totally see that intro running from disc on cd32 style reminds me of the era.

The dropship teaser animation above is not in the Amiga game, rather it's just a promo teaser until release late 2023.

I know. But I'm just saying that it would fit rather nicely.

I second that notion, a very cool anim, it'd be nice to have it included in the CD32 release

The intro anim. may happen for CD32 later but not sure yet OK.

Meanwhile here are some screen mockups using current development graphics assets so far created.

I'm only on this for an hour or two each day, so it will be a long mostly hobby project in my spare time and hence the late 2023 release.

Lots to do!

CyberPunks 2 - Next Generation

Update for those interested/still waiting:

Currently most of the game is now fully mapped and the game UI layout completed. Now just working on NPC game sprites and additional mask and animation graphics until about Christmas I hope.

Will start coding again in New Year 2023 with a planned release for November 2023 hopefully, in time for Christmas.

Like Wiz before... a strictly limited Physical Big Glossy Box release on floppies is planned. Also, the Mini Series Physical case .ADF release on USB stick with glossy disk labels included and also a Digital Download release on itch.io for those that don't want physical versions.

We'll be using eBay again but 'Global Shipping Program' for all physical orders outside of UK now. Sorry but that's about the limit of what can be done these days regards small time publishing/shipping/brexit.

Hopefully will be offering a small full colour booklet with back story and instructions etc. with every physical copy shipped along with some other related bits and bobs perhaps TBD.

Initially there will be about 250-300 physical copies produced and approx 50 big glossy box collectors versions. Another run will be possible after then if the physical versions sell out. There will be NO Preorders sorry it's just not the way I like to work on this primarily hobby stuff these days - too much stress to deliver

There may be a few more (i.e. x10) physical copies of Wiz in mini series cases near time of launch for those that missed out some years ago when it was released, as some have asked for those since it sold out in late 2020.

Only working on it about 2hrs a day currently so apologies for the delay, as real life has gotten firmly in my way over the last few years. Hope it all turns out OK as thus far already designed and imagined in my head anyway.

Been working on it on and off for about 2 years now so another year 'should' see it completed.

Here are pictures below of the disk labels and revised box/title art design to keep you going for those that are waiting for CyberPunks 2 - Next Generation

I will try to answer any questions but only visit here now from time to time as too busy on unrelated stuff.

L8rz & Amigaaaaaa!

Always nice to see a project with realistic updates/roadmap, and a variety of purchase choices. All the best, I'm sure you will get there eventually and I'm definitely down for the digital version.
