Looking for old module "mod.parentsong"

I heard this module in the early 90s on a friends Amiga 500. The file was called, if I remember correctly, mod.parentsong. The title of the module when playing was parentsong. It was a simple bouncy house track with a bunch of Swedish samples sayig "elektronik", "kan aldrig bli musik", "hörselskador" from someone imitating an old man. Once you heard it it is very easy to recognize since it is very distinct.

I have been trying to get all my favorite modules from back then and this is the only one I have yet to find. Maybe it was really called something else but someone renamed it? Who knows...

Welcome! I never heard this module unfortunately.

(You could maybe try asking on safir if you dont get an answer here, but there should be some Swedes here too.)

I am pretty sure about the name yes. I even tried finding it via sample names and listening through thousands of mods I found but no luck.

Swedish? weird voice? no idea, maybe this, probably not.

deffo nothing from the names provided so probably a renamed song, meaning you got a LOT of moduels to hunt through

It is not that no, but it is kina the simlar idea with a beat and some words.

I did find one module site where you could filter by country but the problem was that as soon as you went to the next page in the results the filter for country got lost (must been a bug). I guess I could do a workaround but I was too tired that time.

I did not, it was another site which I can't recall now. I doubt it was in a demo though, it was mroe like a novelty track.

Imagine combining these two modules but swapping the vocals and you pretty much get the track I am after.

But I searched the mods I have but i only have one module with parent in it and that's not the correct one.

Things like this can be annoying. Been there myself a few times looking for stuff!

Sometimes the file is in plain sight but can take forever to find

Could your friend have made possibly made it? what was used to play it?

No way he made it. Can't remember what he used. I do remember the filename being mod.parentsong since it was odd to me since I was used to 8+3 filenames.

I have listened to mods with simlar name but no luck. I think the fact that it has Swedish languange in it made it more uncommon.

I took a listen now to to all Dasse modules I could find. It definatly sounds like it could have been him.
