Buying ImageFX through A-Eon

Not sure if I’m posting this in the right forum but I’m having a little issue.
I bought ImageFX through the A-Eon website. Paid with PayPal. Got an email from PayPal that the payment went through and then for like a week I received no email from AEON with a confirmation or a download link. So I’ve tried emailing the email address provided and I’ve tried using Facebook messenger to send an email to discuss the issue and I haven’t hear anything back from either attempt.
I’m I doing this wrong?
Has anyone else had trouble with a purchase/communication from AEON?

Yes, similar experience. I also reached out to them via amiga.org and amigaworld.net sending PMs. Eventually I got the download link.

I just wanted to follow up and say that through facebook messenger Aeon did respond by forwarding my issue to their web person and I was supplied a link to download my product within 24 hours after that.

Yea, so I sent a facebook message to A-eon and I did receive a reply after 2 or 3 days and they forwarded my issue to someone else who sent me a download link 24 hours later.
Overall it turned out fine, as I'm sure yours will too, but we shouldn't have to track people down on facebook messenger and wait 4 days for a download code... just saying.

Why buy ImageFX from A-EON, if the full (68k) version is available for free on os4depot.net?

Because this is only the Lite version:

I had the same experience; multiple emails but no reply. I don't do Facebook so that wasn't an option.

I opened a dispute with PayPal and eventually got a refund.

Obviously do NOT recommend.
