ERROR: Franko The Crazy Revenge
After entering a name in the hiscore table and pressing [enter], my A1200's power led starts flashing, and I get an ingame guru alert (bad crack?):
Code:
Happens from WHDLoad *.slave preload pal up to WHDLoad *.slave preload pal mmu cache (ultra-fast loading ). Tried the ntsc tooltype too with those variations, but the screen is way down below the margin. Not worth it, with a PAL monitor. I wonder if you actually had it already in yer pack, KG? ...or did I get from here? Nevermind, if not - you most certainly must! Last edited by Shoonay; 14 December 2007 at 15:41. |

Well I've checked and I have already installed this so I'll upload mine when I get in and you can test it, same goes with Doman.

Technically, they had to cut from about 12 disks which contained many naughty samples/pictures/animations, so the publisher would approve it.
(Damn, where's PPA when I need that article? ) |

It is known bug in this game. Long time ago I sent bugreports to JOTD (crash happens when the game needs to save hiscores). Pretty the same happens with Doman (when you meet the third guy who can offer you weapon).

Cheers for the extra info mailman.
Can one of you confirm the error with my version please (any of you will do!) I refuse to play it because it's painfully BAD. http://guildserver.co.uk/kgwhd/error...ko_v1.0_Pl.zip |

Damn. Just tested you version KG, killed 4 guys and the hiscore screen showed. The problem is, the scores are so high I didn't manage to write me name :/
So, the problem is either fixed or only happens when saving the hiscore. Back to the drawing board, I guess... PS: There's an extremely annoying graphic glitch in the bottom right corner of the screen, at the game over screen, when the death hand from game shows the finger... Oh noes!
By achieving an enormous score of 64 deaths, I was able to write me hiscore to the hiscore table. Unfortunately, after pressing [enter] it guru'd like it used to.
