It's a program that allows you to play Amiga games from hard rather than floppy disk.

In other words, it makes many Amiga games hard drive installable.

Have a look here if you are a beginner and want a quick way to check it out:

Excellent work as usual, KG. There's only one slight problem.

The data.000 file in all the Star Trek versions have a crc error, so none of those will work. However, I got hold of a DOS installed version of the same game and copied the working data.000 file over to the WHD-installed version, and the game runs perfectly.

Right...

I've got no idea what is wrong here...

I've installed the game again (just the english one to test it) and it runs ok.

I've tried lzxing up the game and it goes fine (with lzx 1.21 from classicwb). Trouble is, when I try and unarchive it, it says it's corrupt, just like stareye says...

RIGHT... I've just taken some time to try and sort this problem... I replaced lzx with the 68000 one from aminet and it worked fine.

Therefore the LZX version in classicwb (FULL version is faulty)

I'll re-LZX them with the 68000 version and redo the months pack.

I'll also let bloodwych now!

EDIT: The uncorrupted Disk.000 file is in the zone NOW!

The fixed pack is uploading to the server now too, so wait a bit and it'll be up.

When was the last time you downloaded the ClassicWB KG? I think I've already fixed this issue a while back. The current packs use LZX 1.21 68020 registered and it packs/unpacks absolutely fine for me??? Remember for your packs, Dopus has a "test" button I've configured to test the integrity of a wide range of archives before release.

If you are using the latest Classicwb, then I'll try and repeat any errors you're experiencing.
