The guy who was making them was called Paul Willingham

Excellent device. Never heard about it before.
It is a kind of the APPE evolution? Or a complete new design? |

I have one of Paul's and its a lot more advanced than APPE i believe.
There is also a Polish chap who makes them, which has some better features (like variable mouse-speed) than the (rather old now) one of Paul's I have, but i dont think he is develops it anymore. Thankfully i have 2 of those |

I have started a group buy on a1k.org last year. Finaly we orderd 22 Playstation adaptors, and since then i have not used a other joystick on my amigas. You can get in contact with Paul over youtube, normaly he answers really fast.
Take a look at the PDF and you want the adaptor too .... |

I'm not sure if it's possible to block people over YouTube, but the last two (long) messages I sent to Paul through YouTube never got replies, and for some reason weren't in my Sent box either. I have a feeling he might be a bit upset with me after a deal fell through which I was trying to arrange with him to get a run of these adapters made for him to just provide the pre-programmed chips for.
I wish I had known about that group buy. Some day I hope someone with the money to fund a run of them will get a whole batch of over 100 made up because they will sell, no problems. You can use 6-button arcade joysticks with CD32 games, how awesome would that be! And use guitar controllers with Tracker Hero!!! |

Give me some details about these adapters, sounds like a very easy PIC project.
