Steel Shot pinball full version?

I think full version of this old & very nice Amiga-like pinball for MS-DOS was never made but maybe someone have it or saw it somewhere? In demo version only one table (from 3) is playable.

I think demo version have all files from full version because it's possible to view all tables, you're just unable to start game. No registered version anywhere.
