Highway Hawks

I really like this game. I have the original disks and manicx even made me some IPFs of them. I've always wanted a hard disk version. It doesn't take that much time to load from floppies, but I would kill for some sort of cheat code as it's painfully hard (there's a damn car that shoots at you and may kill you with only one bullet, which is cruel if you've managed to stay alive for 45 minutes).
So... please? I can send the disks anywhere if the IPFs are not enough.

Wink RE: Speed Demon!

Thanx to Alkis21 for bringing this forgotten gem to my attention. This game provides the fastest arcade racing experience I've witnessed on an Amiga! This game deserves a WHDLoad HD install.

BTW, RetroGAMER issue 22 ran an article on the A1200 "the machine that refused to die". They listed a top 100 of AGA games which all retro fiends should seek out. However, they failed to mention "Virtual Grand Prix"?

I have started the slave for this game, and it's beginning to work (an access fault still to fix, but that should be no problem).

I did not know this game, but the pseudo-3D is impressive for 1988!!

I'd be interested by IPF images (because I only have DIC images, and I don't know where the protection track is (needed for the install script))
send me a private message if you can send me the .IPFs.
