Installing Diskmaster2 on Workbench 3.1
I'm trying to get DiskMaster2 installed on Workbench 3.1 via WinUAE. I've got the 3.1 install all done and everything works the way it should. I downloaded DM2 from the homepage, unzipped it, and stuck it in a directory on my C:\ drive, which I had set up UAE to recognize as DH1, but DM2 does not run once Workbench is loaded. The .guide file works fine, and tells me to copy it to a drawer of my choosing, which I did, but DM2 does not appear to be working at all. I also tried the same thing with the LHA file, but DirOpus doesn't seem to know what to do with it. While I do have DirOpus installed, frankly I can't stand it. It's ugly, and I'm not as familiar with it as I am DM2.
Any ideas? I'm stumped. |
