Linel's Dragon Slayer
It is a very old game I sow in pre-preview on The Games Machine (Italian, first numbers). It promised to be something really awesome, being a Rastan like game with more than 96 colours on screen and huge sprites.
But it has never been released ![]() ![]() Do someone of you know anything about this jewel? PS: A nice shot here in this thread , towards the bottom http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?p=120687 |

Found other shots of Dragon Slayer on this french forum (can't read french...)
http://grospixels.com/phpBB/viewtopi...1&start=30&44= ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There are two posts showing scans of this game, so do not stop drooling on the first you find... Does anybody know if Linel is somewhat contactable? EDIT: I've found here: http://amiga.emucamp.com/scripts/rea...us.pl?number=d that it has been (perhaps) coded by a certain Mike Hardmeier Last edited by ErikBauer; 03 May 2006 at 15:41. |

The Dragon Slayer coded by this Marc Hardmaier is a different game! It is a 3D vector adventure made with some game creator program. It is not a bad game, but it has a bug and cannot be finished. I emailed Marc Hardmaier one day if he could help, but he didn't have no source code any more and couldn't help me
![]() It was downloadable from back2roots. |

For what it matters I might be able to provide the .adf of that 3D Dragon Slayer you are talking about.

They changed the name to Warrior of Darkness later then. Maybe there is a CU preview disk, who knows.
http://eager.orgfree.com/DATA/W/WARDA.html The game should be a Barbarian clone or something. But i'm pretty sure Starbyte used some graphics in Rings of Medusa Gold. The Dragon & Warrior screenshot looks pretty much the same.
